Kerry-Ann Virgo
Founder and Lead Consultant
She is a senior fundraising leader and advisor with extensive experience across the entire fundraising pipeline, from annual giving and appeals to principal gifts, campaigns, and philanthropic strategy, with a strong focus on long-term donor relationships.
Throughout her career, Kerry-Ann has personally secured over $60 million in philanthropic support and has helped teams secure millions more. She works closely with fundraisers to sharpen judgment, build confidence, and turn ambition into results.
Kerry-Ann has extensive experience working on projects at $10 million and above that rely on a complex mix of government funding, philanthropy, and institutional investment. Earlier in her career, Kerry-Ann helped launch London Business School’s first-ever fundraising campaign and worked as a major gifts fundraiser at King’s College London, with a focus on health and neuroscience.
Through Red Pony, Kerry-Ann works directly with fundraising teams and philanthropists who want clear thinking, practical advice, and outcomes they can stand behind.
